I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the hotel. The spa facilities were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. However, I faced some issues with the room allocation and amenities that were not available as advertised. Overall, it had great potential but fell short in certain aspects.

My stay at this spa hotel had its ups and downs. The spa facilities were exceptional, and the staff were attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant offerings, which could certainly use some improvement. The overall vibe was relaxing, but I expected a bit more in terms of value for the dining experience.

While the hotel I stayed at had a lot of appealing amenities like a beautiful spa and spacious rooms, there were some significant shortcomings, particularly due to ongoing renovations. The service was generally good, but I was disappointed with my room assignment and that certain promised facilities were not operational. Overall, it’s a mixed bag where I appreciated some aspects but was definitely let down in others.

Despite the ongoing renovations which created some inconvenience, the hotel's spacious rooms and exceptional spa facilities made my stay enjoyable. The staff were helpful, particularly when I needed assistance with a PCR test. However, I was disappointed with my upgraded room, which was not what I had expected, and the large pool was out of service during my visit.
